Delivery & Shipping
Factory-direct global shipping from our manufacturing facility in China
How We Ship
Hanmoke ships loading dock equipment to customers in 50+ countries worldwide. All shipments depart from our factory warehouse in China via sea freight. For smaller components and spare parts, air freight is available upon request.
🚢 Sea Freight (FCL/LCL)
Standard shipping method for most orders. Full Container Load (FCL) for large orders; Less than Container Load (LCL) for smaller shipments. Equipment is secured on pallets or in custom crates.
✈️ Air Freight
Available for urgent orders or spare parts. Air freight costs are higher but ensure faster delivery — typically 5–10 business days door to door. Please inquire for a rate quote.
