Dock Bridge

Dock Bridges – Fixed Steel Links Between Dock and Ground

A dock bridge is a permanently installed steel span that connects your dock floor to ground level, creating a forklift corridor where trucks can’t reverse to the dock — side yards, drive-through layouts, and production feed lines.

HRBB – 10 ton dock bridge: standard pallet flow, 2.2 m clear width
HRBR – 15 ton dock bridge: heavy pallet and machinery traffic
Construction: welded Q345B steel beams, checkered-plate or grating deck
Slope: engineered to keep forklift grades within safe limits for your dock height
Finish: industrial paint; galvanized on request

Unlike mobile yard ramps, dock bridges are fixed — no hydraulics, almost zero maintenance, and always in position. They are frequently specified alongside gates and guardrails where pedestrians and forklifts share the yard.
Send Hanmoke your dock height, span and daily pallet volume; we will confirm the correct grade and model and quote factory-direct within one working day.

Dock bridge or mobile yard ramp — which do I need?

If the route is permanent, a fixed dock bridge is lower-cost over its life. If you need to reposition or serve multiple bays, choose a mobile yard ramp.

Can the bridge take pallet trucks and pedestrians?

Yes; grating decks provide grip for both, and handrails/kickplates can be added for pedestrian routes.
