What is the maximum load capacity of your yard ramps?

Our standard mobile yard ramps support up to 10 tons (20,000 lbs). We also offer heavy-duty models rated up to 15 tons (30,000 lbs) for high-intensity forklift operations. Custom load ratings are available upon request — please contact our engineering team with your specific requirements.

Are your products CE certified?

Yes. All Hanmoke products are CE certified and comply with ISO quality management standards. Our equipment also undergoes third-party structural load testing to ensure performance meets or exceeds international safety requirements. Full certification documentation is available upon request.

Can I request a custom-sized ramp or dock leveler?

Absolutely. Custom engineering is one of our core strengths. What is the expected service life of your equipment?

Hanmoke equipment is engineered for a 30-year service life under normal operating conditions. We use high-grade structural steel, hot-dip galvanizing on corrosion-prone models, and reinforced weld joints. Proper maintenance, as outlined in our product manuals, will ensure maximum longevity.

How do I get a price quote?

Do you offer volume discounts for bulk orders?

Yes. We offer tiered pricing for orders of 5 units or more. As a direct manufacturer with no middlemen, our factory-direct pricing is already highly competitive. Contact our sales team to discuss volume pricing for your specific project or distribution needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit) for large orders, and Western Union for smaller transactions. Payment terms are typically 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us to discuss terms for your order.

Where do you ship? Do you deliver internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Hanmoke products are currently in use in 50+ countries across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Oceania, the Middle East, and Africa. What is the typical lead time from order to delivery?

Standard products typically ship within 15–25 business days after order confirmation and deposit. Custom or large-volume orders may require 30–45 business days. Sea freight transit time varies by destination: approximately 15–20 days to the US West Coast, 25–30 days to East Coast, and 20–35 days to European ports.

Do you handle export documentation and customs clearance?

Yes. We provide full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and CE/test certificates as required. We also assist with customs HS code classification. Local import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, but our team can advise on common requirements for your country.

After-Sales & Support

What warranty do you offer?

All Hanmoke products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Hydraulic components and seals are covered for 6 months. Warranty claims require photo/video documentation of the defect. We will provide replacement parts or a full replacement unit depending on the nature of the issue.

Do you provide installation support or on-site service?

Our equipment is designed for straightforward installation and comes with detailed installation manuals and diagrams. For complex projects or large-scale installations, we can arrange on-site technical support in select regions — please discuss this with our sales team at the time of ordering. Remote video support is available for all customers.

Are spare parts available?

Yes. We maintain a full range of spare parts including hydraulic cylinders, pumps, lip seals, steel components, and hardware. Parts can be ordered directly through our sales team.
